Johngate Industrial Company Ltd is an indigenous Company which came into existence in January 12, 1987. At inception, it was known as Chico White Enterprises. In 1988, the name of the Company was changed from Chico White Enterprises to Jizmaco Fair Enterprises. In 1989, the name was changed to reflect the names of some family member, hence Momah Gabjohn Nigeria Enterprises.
In 1991, the Company was incorporated as Momah Gabjohn Ind. Co. Ltd. Putting into consideration the growth of the Company, the need for restructuring arose and on 8th of July, 2007, the name of the Company was changed to Johngate Industrial Company Limited. International Phase; Johngate Industrial Company Limited has sole dealership/distributorship agreement with foreign Companies such as; Hercules; USA/Canada
The Management of the Group is headed by the Group President – Mr. John Chigozie Momah, a renowned International Businessman whose vision, planning, marketing and managerial skills have seen the group on the threshold of actualizing the set goals. JOHNGATE INDUSTRIAL COMPANY LIMITED has provided direct employment opportunities to over 400 persons both expatriates and indigenes. It also provides a means of sustenance to over 3000 people who are involved in distributing and retailing the company’s products.
Its growth pattern directly relates with the vision and the progress of the management in ensuring that the needs of the investors are met. From the foregoing, we shall welcome foreign investors who aspire to do genuine business in Nigeria especially in the areas indicated within the scope of our Organizational Structure.
